Mobile Privacy Policy

This Mobile Privacy Policy explains how REGIONAL CONSULTANT ALLIANCE LLC handles information collected through the LearnBridge Access (LBA) text-messaging program. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.

What we collect

When you opt in through our web form, we collect the name and mobile number you submit, your consent status, and the date, time, and source of your opt-in. We may also process message delivery and opt-out events to operate the program.

How we use it

We use this information solely to deliver the recurring messages you signed up for, to respond to HELP requests, to honor STOP requests, and to maintain records of consent as required for compliance.

No sharing for marketing. Mobile opt-in and consent information (including your mobile number and the fact that you opted in) is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We do not sell this information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We may use trusted messaging vendors strictly to transmit the messages on our behalf. These providers may process your mobile number only to deliver our messages and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Retention

We retain opt-in and consent records for as long as needed to operate the program and to document consent for compliance purposes, after which the data is deleted or de-identified.
